Online Dance Coaching provides the flexibility to learn and grow from anywhere. These virtual, one-to-one classes are ideal for dancers who need expert guidance without location restrictions. Whether preparing for exams or enhancing your technique, our online coaching sessions deliver personalised instruction in the comfort of your home.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an online coaching session with Melissa Moor School of Dance, you agree to the following terms: Cancellations and Rescheduling Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an online coaching session. Refunds: Pre-paid sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, you will receive a credit for a future session or the opportunity to reschedule. Technical Requirements Responsibility: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and access to the necessary equipment for the session. Technical Issues: If technical issues arise on our end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Attendance Punctuality: Please log in promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
